• Oversized vechiles are prohibited between March 10th and August 3rd, however we can help you find an off-sight storage area.
  • Security Deposit of $300.00 in the form of a check or money order is required within 10 days of making the reservation.
  • Deposits are not applied to rent and are refunded with 15 working days from departure. Rent must be paid upon check-in. Personal checks and American Express are NOT accepted on daily & weekly rentals. NO REFUNDS.
  • $25.00 cancellation fee applied to all cancellations.
  • Three night minimum stay - Four during major holidays.
  • Master Card, Visa and Discover accepted, except on monthly reservations.
  • No refunds for early departure.
  • Guest must be 25 years of age.
  • Commodore is not responsible for damage or loss of personal property.

  • Management will strive to comply with reservations request for specific Condominium units, however due to changes in ownership, units removed from the rental program, mechanical problems, etc, we can not guarantee a specific unit.

    We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, Cash or Cashiers Check for weekly & daily rentals.
    *** Reservations cancellation must be made 10 days in advance of check-in. Winter reservations must be cancelled 60 days in advance for a full Refund.
